12. open eye layer copy and [Ctrl] + Click
13. Select -> Modify -> Contract
14. Contract By: 5 pixels
15. [Ctrl] + Click and [Shift] + [Ctrl] + [I] and [Delete]
16. [Ctrl] + [D] and select Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur Radius : 3 px
